Each month we prepare non-traditional specialties of Czech and Austrian cuisine. Most famous of which is our beef with homemade bread dumplings and our homemade stew.

Gröstl – is a mixture of fried potatoes, meat, sausage, onion and parsley. Served with a fried egg and mixed vegetable salad.

Spätzle – is a homemade pasta baked with Swiss cheese and bacon and bacon and a mixed salad.
